Kia ora, I’m Jess!
I'm mum to three little ones, so I know just how wild, wonderful and challenging those early months of motherhood can be. When I was pregnant with my first, I felt completely overwhelmed by advice. Some helpful, some... not so much.
Once my baby arrived, I realised that I needed to tune out the noise and focus on my own unique journey as a mother. I couldn’t find a support system that fit, so l built one!
My fourth baby: Becoming Mum.
Yes, we have brilliant guest speakers. Yes, our morning tea is absolutely delicious. But at its heart, Becoming Mum is a space for mums to feel seen, supported and a little less alone.
As a primary school teacher, I’m big on quality education. I’ve combined my teaching background with my own "in the trenches" experience to create the course I wish I’d had when I first became a mum.
Our villages might look different these days, but every mum deserves a great one. Figuring it out together is way easier than figuring it out alone.
